Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order and are happy to try and resolve any issues so please drop us a line! If you would still like to return your order, our policy is as follows:
  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and post items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, we will send you a postage label and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Unfortunately after 14 days have passed we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange for any product unless faulty.
  • Anything sold as 'Seconds' and/or 'Misfit' are non returnable.

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
