Our standard free delivery is untracked however we offer lot's of different delivery upgrades if you want the piece of mind of tracked delivery. If your order amount is £30 or more you will get a tracked delivery upgrade for free!

Our dispatch time is 1-2 working days (not including bank holidays or weekends) and then our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

You can check the status of your order through the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Alternatively you can see all your orders with us if you have an account. Please note that standard delivery has no tracking.

We're so sorry your order hasn't got to you - first thing that we ask is for you to double check the delivery address on your order and then to check it hasn't been delivered to any neighbours. After those steps please contact us and we can find a solution to make sure you receive your order

All our dice are sourced from a trusted dice wholesaler who manufacture the dice for us. We work with them closely to guarantee the standard and quality of all the dice that we sell.

Yes! We have an option to add an eco friendly dice gift bag and a personalised kraft tag or one of our new windowed kraft dice boxes. Just add them to your order and leave a note in the gift message box or checkout page with message you would like. If you forget to leave us a note you can drop us a email or use the contact form to let us know (just include your order number)

No, all our dice are for adult dice goblins and dice collectors aged 14+. They are not toys and are not suitable for children.

We do not take any commissions for custom dice at this time.

Once you have purchased a digital gift card, a code will be emailed to you which can be used on this website at checkout to purchase items. Please note there is currently no way to send this directly to a recipient so you will have to forward the email code to them yourself.

Drop us a message through our contact form or chat button and we can email you your gift card balance.

The digital cards will expire 2 years after purchase.

We use recycled, recyclable and biodegradable padded envelopes for almost all of our dice orders. The purple mailing bags we use are made from 30% recycled plastic and can also be recycled. The plastic cello bags we use can be recycled with other plastic bags in places such as supermarkets, please check with your local authority.

Yes you can choose to make your order carbon neutral at the cart and checkout pages. Your donation goes to fund global foresty projects such as the Katingan Peatland Restoration and Conservation Project, the Mai Ndombe Project, the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, the Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Envira Amazonia Project.

Our t-shirts are made from organic cotton, they are PETA approved vegan and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
